Emily Scheve is a Grand Junction native. She has lived, gone to school, worked, and raised her children in the Grand Valley.
Emily is a third generation REALTOR & grew up in the real estate world. Beginning as an assistant underneath her mother, Karie Padilla, and grandmother at the age of seventeen. At twenty-three she obtained her Colorado Real Estate License & her Colorado Notary License. She worked as REALTOR for three years.
After having her two daughters she realized that her passion lays behind the scenes. She has maintained both of her licenses and now uses her experience to help other agents reach their goals. Emily has become an integral part of each transaction that comes through Canyon View Realty.
Emily is a wife, mother of two little girls, a sister to four siblings and a proud aunt. Her family has two dogs, Slate and Coal. Her husband, Kyle Scheve, is a proud National Guard Veteran who served in Afghanistan, and is enrolled at Colorado Mesa University and hopes to work as a science teacher for School District 51.
