Michael Loanzon, Associate Broker

A little bit about Michael’s background. He is from Panama City, Florida. His wife and three children moved to the Western Slope about 6 years ago. 

Michael studied chemistry and received his bachelor’s degree at Florida State University in 2008. He expanded his education by completing a Doctorate in Pharmacy at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy in 2012. Michael has been a pharmacist for over 10 years, and continues to practice in Grand Junction, Colorado. 

Aside from being a seasoned pharmacist, Michael has a strong passion for anything real estate. He has several real estate investments in the Grand Valley and is steadily growing his portfolio. His success in real estate investing is what aspired him to become a Realtor.
