Karie Padilla, Managing Broker


“Choose a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.”  Karie began her employment with Canyon View Realty (formerly Pure Country Real Estate) when the company was established in 1996. 


She is now the Managing Broker. Karie's favorite part of her work is the client friendships she makes during a transaction. Karie believes you can do a great service to your clients by truly enjoying your role as their buying or selling real estate agent.  Karie specializes in working with buyers and sellers in residential transactions. 


She is also an investor in local real estate, which provides her up to date knowledge of our investing market. 


Karie and her husband Robert have five children and five grandchildren. They enjoy get-togethers with their family and traveling.
